This gambeson features leather thong closures and is made from strong, padded canvas for durability and comfort. It offers good protection by absorbing impact when worn on its own, and provides added resistance against cuts when worn under chainmail or plate armor.
The design includes open armpits for better movement, making it easier to wear during long periods. While it provides solid protection, it is slightly lighter padded compared to the GDFB version.
